Sunday Worship at 2:00PM, Rm. 421
Messages to both adults and children strive to be Christ-centered as our mission is to exalt Christ in all the Scriptures and in the life of faith today.
Services are family oriented where children and parents, the young and the mature, worship together and learn from one another how to give glory to God.
Making disciples of all nations is our focus as we seek to build bridges between cultures and cross barriers with the gospel.
I have been reminded of your sincere faith, which first lived in your grandmother Lois and in your mother Eunice and, I am persuaded, now lives in you also" (2 Timothy 1:5)
Why family worship?
When God promises Abraham that "in you all families of the earth shall be blessed" (Gen 12:3), God was promising a redemption of fallen creation through families, to become the one Family of God our Father. So we at HEM believe that the church should be a family and every believing family should be an expression of the church. We encourage our families to worship together at church and in the home. In the last two years, Covid-19 has reminded us that families are central to God's plan of redemption.
